If the answer is yes, it goes back. If the answer is no, it ships. That's not a marketing line — it's the only quality control that matters for a plant you'll live with every day.

PE and hybrid leaf materials that feel like the real thing at arm's length. No shine. No plastic sheen.

Hand-painted variegation
Where the plant has it, we replicate it by hand. The Monstera's cream variegation. The Ficus's natural leaf variation.

Stable on its own. Bendable branches that hold position. Real wood or fiberglass trunk where appropriate. No visible wire.

Custom-fit packaging designed to arrive undamaged. Our target damage rate is under 3%. Industry average is 8-12%.
